The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, parts, materials, supplies, and transportation necessary to perform complete Preventive Maintenance Services on Government owned Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) System, Ice Machine, and Air Supply located at Eagle Point National Cemetery, 2763 Riley Rd, Eagle Point, OR 97524. All work shall be completed in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations and the Statement of Work. Interested contractor's must follow the instructions in the solicitation and fill in the provisions in section 4. Failure to submit all requirements of the solicitation may cause your submittal non-compliant and eliminated from competition.
