This solicitation is for the procurement of "2026 CST Ice Bags" and "2026 CST Outdoor Ice Merchandiser Units". The government is seeking to procure 3,700 bags of ice and 10 ice merchandiser units.

• 2026 CST Ice Bags: 3,700 bags, 45lb each. Delivery is required to Camp Buckner and West Point locations on specific dates between May and August 2026.

• 2026 CST Outdoor Ice Merchandiser Units: 10 units. These units must be outdoor, 110V, pull approximately 7 amps, and have dimensions of 7'L x 3'W x 8'H. Delivery is required to Camp Buckner and West Point locations on specific dates between May and August 2026. Setup, placement, and removal are vendor responsibilities.

• Instructions: Offerors must provide photos of the ice coolers with dimensions. Delivery, setup, and placement of merchandiser units are vendor responsibilities. At least 4 personnel are required to transfer and place ice bags.

• Period of Performance: May 15, 2026, through August 12, 2026.

• Pricing Arrangement: Firm Fixed Price for both items.

• Offer Due Date: February 06, 2026, by 4:30 PM.

• Evaluation Factors: Quotes will be evaluated based on two factors: (1) Product and requirements specifications and (2) Price. Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable quote. Quotes must receive an "Acceptable" rating in all non-price factors to be considered for award.

• Submission Requirements: Offerors must submit photos of the coolers with dimensions along with their quote, uploaded in UNISON prior to the closing date.

• This acquisition is set aside for Small Business.

• Total Units: 10 Ice Merchandiser Units.

• Total Ice Bags: Estimated 3,700 bags (45 lbs each). Note: Amounts and dates are subject to change.

• Camp Buckner Location:

  • Units: 3 (1x Cadet S4 Shack, 2x Barth Hall).
  • Unit Drop Date: May 15, 2026.
  • Delivery Dates: Specific dates from May 19, 2026, to August 4, 2026, with varying quantities of 45lb bags. Includes a delivery to Okinawa DFAC on August 4, 2026.
  • Pick-up Date: August 4, 2026.

• West Point Location:

  • Units: 5 (3x CBT North Area, 2x AASLT Central Area).
  • Unit Drop Date: June 5, 2026.
  • Delivery Dates: Specific dates from June 9, 2026, to July 31, 2026, with 350 bags each delivery.
  • Pick-up Date: August 12, 2026.

• Vendor is responsible for delivery, setup, placement, additional extension cords, and removal of units.

• Vendor must provide at least 4 personnel to transfer and place ice bags into the units.

• POP: May 15, 2026 – August 22, 2026.

• Locations: Camp Buckner and West Point, with specific delivery points mentioned.

• Units must use regular 110V outlets, drawing approximately 7 AMPS.
