To provide Intrusion Detection System (IDS)/Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System (ICIDS) monitoring and maintenance services for DACID Gillem facilities on Gillem Enclave. The goal is to ensure the IDS/ICIDS monitoring equipment remains in maximum operational status.

• Provide non-personal services for monitoring and maintenance of IDS/ICIDS equipment across approximately 10 active alarm zones, with potential for 10% growth.

• Services include maintenance, adjustment, surveying, repair, and replacement of IDS/ICIDS monitoring equipment and software.

• Perform semi-annual preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs.

• Ensure monitoring services meet UL 2050 standards with 256-bit encryption.

• Provide continuous system health checks, proactive maintenance reminders, quick software updates, and comprehensive audit trails.

• Coordinate direct liaison with local first responders, offering 24/7 staffed monitoring and rapid response coordination.

• Ensure seamless integration with the existing security ecosystem (access control, video, alarms).

• The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary personnel, management, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision. Government-furnished property is not applicable.

• Respond to standard alarms within 30 seconds.

• Dispatch first responders 24/7.

• Resolve and complete emergency service maintenance repairs on monitoring equipment within 24 hours of notification.

• Complete standard maintenance service call repairs within 48 hours of malfunction report.

• Perform semi-annual preventative maintenance checks and services (PMCS) as scheduled by the COR.

• Maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP) and submit for review.

• Period of Performance: One (1) Base Year (March 1, 2026 – February 28, 2027) and four (4) Option Years.
