The scope also involves assessing and potentially modifying existing penetrations, adhering to ICD/ICS 705 standards for perimeter modifications if applicable. An option CLIN for penetration modification must be priced.

Additional Notes

Access hours for technicians are Monday-Friday, 0700-1600. Site badges are issued and returned daily; all personnel must be U.S. Citizens. Both existing CRAC units can be out of commission during installation, and temporary cooling is not required. Existing refrigerant lines can be reused if correctly sized but must be flushed, with off-base disposal receipts required for refrigerant and compressors. The contractor must coordinate with Siemens for controls integration. A full Test and Balance (TAB) report by a licensed third party is required.
