Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation (RFQ) for document destruction services for the Oklahoma City Area Indian Health Service. The acquisition is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises under the Buy Indian Act.

• Onsite document shredding services.

• Quad-weekly and bi-weekly service frequency as detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW).

• Crosscut shredding producing particles of 1mm x 5mm or smaller.

• Provision of lockable, secure bins.

• NAID AAA Certification is required.

• Certificate of Destruction to be provided after each service.

• The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order.

• Period of Performance: 03/01/2026 – 02/28/2027 (Base Period), with four (4) one-year option periods.

• Quotes must be submitted by 02/06/2026, 02:00 p.m. CDT.
