The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, and services for:
- Event Management: Vendor management, master account representation with host hotel, financial reconciliation, and serving as the bill payer for all event-related income and expenses.
- Logistics: Negotiating and securing conference meeting space, hotel room blocks, food and beverage plans, and audio-visual support for approximately 200 participants. This includes planning and supporting two social functions: a welcome reception and an appreciation dinner.
- Online Registration & Website: Creating and managing a comprehensive event/registration website with OPNAV branding, including a password-protected reporting site with 24/7 access. This also involves configuring payment options, accounting, receipt management for split pay, and implementing a registration marketing strategy.
- On-site Support: Providing on-site support in Washington, DC, for the event's duration, managing registration, payment processing, badge distribution, assisting participants, and coordinating on-site materials and equipment.
