- General Administrative Support: Reviewing grant/contract deliverables, travel management, building/facilities management, and support for the Office of Administration.
- Information Dissemination: Generating data and reports, and managing internal and external information flow, including incoming and outgoing mail.
- Operational Support: Receptionist/visitor assistance, and ensuring conference rooms and equipment are functional.

Submission & Evaluation
- Submission: Proposals must be submitted electronically to Contractproposals@ustda.gov. They should consist of two volumes: Volume I (Technical and Past Performance) and Volume II (Price and Contract Documentation).
- Evaluation Factors: Technical Approach (Staffing and Management, Implementation), Past Performance, and Price. Technical Approach and Past Performance are of equal importance and, combined, are significantly more important than Price. The Government will use Best Value Source Selection Procedures.
Eligibility & Requirements
