Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis to the responsible offeror whose proposal is technically acceptable and most advantageous to the Government. Compliance with the Service Contract Act Wage Determination No. WD 2015-4111 (Rev.-33) is required.
