Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To install a new, fully operational fiber optic cable within the existing secure Protected Distribution System (PDS) at the 413th Contracting Support Brigade, Building T122, Second Floor, Fort Shafter, HI 96858, without compromising the PDS's physical or operational integrity. The PDS must be restored to its original accreditation-compliant sealed status upon completion.

• Install one strand of multimode fiber optic cable within the existing secure PDS.

• Permanently and securely reseal any opened sections of the PDS using safety-compliant methods after installation.

• Terminate the new cable at the switch using a 1 GB GBIC.

• Provide certified test results verifying the performance of the newly installed fiber optic cable.

• Provide updated "as-built" drawings showing the new cable's location.

• Submit a final report detailing the accredited PDS, certified performance, and compliance.

• All tasks must be completed as specified.

• Minimum Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements include short sleeve shirt, long trousers, steel-toed safety boots, and hard hat.

• All Contractor employees must complete Anti-Terrorism (AT) Level I Training within 2 days of employment.

• All Contractor employees must complete OPSEC Level I Training within 2 days of employment.

• All Contractor employees must complete iWATCH Training within 2 days of employment.

• Contractor employees with access to PII and Government information must complete "Identifying and Safeguarding PII" within 30 calendar days of employment.

• Contractor shall report all labor hours via the System for Award Management (SAM) Service Contract Report (SCR) by October 31st of each calendar year.
