  • Circulation: Patron management, holds, automated notices, and integration with RFID equipment and CAC Authentication.
  • Acquisitions Management: Electronic Resource Management (ERM) tools, fund management with real-time balances.
  • Discovery & Patron Experience: Integrated discovery layer, customizable UI, APIs/Web Services, direct linking to full-text, and searchable electronic journals.
  • Analytics: Comprehensive analytics for fulfillment, acquisitions, resource usage (SUSHI, COUNTER integration).
  • Secure Cloud Hosting: Private cloud or SaaS environment meeting FedRAMP Authorization.
  • Resource Sharing/Interlibrary Loan: Fully integrated process.
  • Implementation & Migration: Vendor responsible for migrating approximately 170,000 bibliographic records (including 20,500 eBooks and 4,500 unique e-journals), with implementation to begin within 12 months of award.
