• Previous Contract: The previous contract was Purchase Order No. 19TH2023P0668, awarded on February 18, 2023, with a total cost of THB 1,071,540.00 for a base year plus two option years.
• SOW Changes: The Statement of Work (SOW) has been updated. Specifically, the "MANNER AND TIME TO CONDUCT SERVICE" section now requires three inspection service visits per month per location, an increase from the previous contract's once-a-month schedule. Treatment schedules remain as needed.
• Service Requests (Past 12 Months):
  • Termite service requests: Twice.
  • Special requests and emergency service requests: Twice.
  • Stinging insect (bees, wasps, hornets) service requests: Three times for small nests. Larger nests will require external expertise.
• Exterior Rodent Bait Stations: These will be utilized as needed and provided by the Government, not the contractor.
• Location Square Meters: The document lists multiple locations (Ambassador's Residence Compound, Chancery, Annex Compound, Rajdamri Houses, PSA Maintenance Facility, GSO Office Building, Ruam Rudee Building, Front Guard Booth) but states that the IPM Program focuses on treatment as needed, so the total area does not reflect actual services provided.
• Height Limitation for Insect Removal: Removal services are typically limited to ground floor or second floor, not exceeding 5 meters in height, for both residences and office buildings.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This document is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Integrated Pest Management Services for the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand. The government intends to award a contract to the responsible company offering the lowest price.

• Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services.

• Services include monitoring, trapping, pesticide application, and pest removal.

• Offerors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database prior to offer submission.

• All questions must be in English.

• Incomplete quotations will not be accepted.

• Quotations must be submitted in English.
