Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment for recurring (Firm Fixed Price) and non-recurring (IDIQ) services. This includes collection of non-residential and general solid waste, disposal, and recycling across various installations on Okinawa, such as Camp Foster, Camp Kinser, MCAS Futenma, Camp Lester, Plaza, and Buckner Communication Site. The contractor is also required to provide containers for unscheduled collections during special events.
Clarifications from amendments specify that the contractor is responsible for collecting loose waste and spillage within trash enclosures, but not for single oversized items, hazmat materials, land-clearing debris, construction/maintenance project waste (unless specified), pre-existing spillage, or ruptured bags outside containers. Key Requirements & Compliance
