The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) at China Lake, CA, intends to procure, on a full and open competitive basis, Research, Development, Testing, and Evaluation (RDT&E) services for Intelligence Exploitation and Targeting Systems (IETS). Scope of Work
This effort focuses on the continued delivery and fielding of IETS based on or derived from the Common Geo-Positioning (CGS) package of software and hardware components. These systems are deployed within the Distributed Common Ground System Navy (DCGS-N) family of programs by the Army, Air Force, DCGS-N, and Marine Corps, as well as in intelligence training centers and operational installations worldwide. IETS requirements also apply to similar systems deployed by Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Program Manager for Acquisition (PMA) organizations (PMA-201, PMA-265, PMA-281, PMA-290) and NGA systems in Combatant Command operations centers and Joint Intelligence/Analysis Centers.

Key Requirements & Submission
