Scope of Work
This requirement involves RDTE for IETS systems/prototypes, including future systems and sustainment of deployed systems. The focus is on continued delivery and fielding of IETS based on or derived from the Common Geo-Positioning (CGS) software package and related hardware. These systems are deployed in the Distributed Common Ground System Navy (DCGS-N) family of programs by the Army, Air Force, DCGS-N, and Marine Corps, as well as intelligence training centers and operational installations worldwide. IETS requirements also apply to similar systems deployed by NAVAIR PMA organizations (PMA-201, PMA-265, PMA-281, PMA-290) and NGA systems in Combatant Command operations centers and Joint Intelligence or Analysis Centers.

Security & Registration Requirements
A DD Form 254 Contract Security Classification Specification will apply, requiring the prime contractor to have or demonstrate the ability to obtain a "Secret" Facility Clearance and a SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) clearance. Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) to access Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). All interested firms must be registered in SAM.gov and PIEE. New or updated SAM registrations require an original, signed, notarized letter for the Entity Administrator.
