Scope of Work
DoDEA requires a comprehensive interactive slideshow software solution that includes:
- Core Functionality: Interactive slideshows with robust formative assessment tools (multiple choice, constructed response, short answer, annotation, drag and drop).
- Content & Customization: An age-appropriate lesson bank/templates and the ability for teachers to create customized lessons and ad hoc assessment questions.
- Integration: Compatibility with Google Chrome, Chromebooks, Microsoft OS, Google Slides, PowerPoint, and DoDEA's Learning Management Systems (Schoology, Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams).
- Support & Training: Virtual product training for teachers (asynchronous SCORM-compliant webinars and synchronous sessions), technical support (within one business day), maintenance, and upgrades.
- Accessibility & Security: Adherence to Section 508 accessibility standards and FedRAMP Level 2 cybersecurity requirements. Data must be stored in US-based data centers with TLS/AES-256 encryption, and personnel accessing DoDEA data must be US citizens with privacy training.
