Scope of Work
The contractor will provide full operations, maintenance, service, and repair for the Bishop Creek WWTP, Rock Creek WWTP, Convict Lake WWTP, and the Eastern Sierra Visitor Center lift station. Key responsibilities include:
- Routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance of WWTPs and collection facilities (e.g., lift stations, treatment ponds, pumps, electrical systems, sewer lines, comminutors, leach fields, septic tanks).
- Effluent sampling and analysis coordination, ensuring compliance with Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs).
- Maintaining comprehensive records, including operational logs, maintenance logs, and sampling results.
- Infrastructure assessment, reporting deficiencies, and managing wastewater sludge.
- Ensuring continuous operation of critical components and adherence to equipment maintenance schedules.
- Providing all necessary equipment, supplies, transportation, labor, and supervision.
- Routine site visits: minimum four times per week for Bishop Creek and Rock Creek WWTPs, and one time per week for Convict Lake WWTP and Eastern Sierra Visitor Center lift station.
- Adhering to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including WWOCP regulations.
