  • Packaging & Shipping: Material to be shipped in new, palletized, and banded 55-gallon metal drums. Lots shall not be mixed on pallets. No rail deliveries accepted.
  • Sample Requirement: Contractors may be required to submit a 5-pound sample of IPDI for testing prior to award, with a four-week turnaround from notification.
