Additionally, new fixed exterior access ladders and a complete perimeter fall protection system will be installed. Three options (reroofing the MEP addition, installing ladders, and installing fall protection) are expected to be combined into the base bid. An add alternate for cold-fluid spray-applied waterproofing material is also included.
