Quick Summary
The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is conducting a Sources Sought / Request for Information (RFI) for the iSToRE Follow-On program. NGA seeks Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software solutions for the archival, discovery, retrieval, and dissemination of Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) and Imagery products. This RFI aims to identify vendors capable of developing and sustaining a scalable software baseline to replace the current Application Service Provider (ASP) portion of iSToRE. Responses are due by February 20, 2026.
Scope of Work
The anticipated solution involves a software-only approach for multiple iSToRE instances, requiring:
- Software Development & Sustainment: Enhancements, baseline updates, testing, integration, deployment, operations, security, and program management.
- Data Management: Ingest, store, catalog, and disseminate GEOINT data, including metadata, file-based access controls, pixel processing, and validation.
- System Deployment: Integration and deployment onto approximately 75 systems worldwide.
- Support Services: OGC service implementation, computer-based training (CBT), and Software Operations Procedure Manuals (SOPM).
- Security: Compliance with NGA, IC, and DoD security policies (ICD 503, NIST SP 800-53, ITAR/EAR), requiring TS/SCI clearances for personnel and certified IA functions.
