  • IT-related Customer Education & Training
  • Software quality assurance and testing services

Initial task orders include Data Network Support (installation, configuration, maintenance, and management of IP data networks, OSI layer 1-3 troubleshooting) and Operational Support (Linux, VMware, Backup/Archiving, Microsoft 365/Exchange Online Messaging, Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL/PostgreSQL Database Management, and Network Management support). Work for initial task orders will be assigned and tracked via ServiceNow.

Contract Details

  • Contract Type: Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)
  • Contract Period: May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2031 (overall IDIQ). Initial task orders have specific periods of performance, e.g., Data Network Support and Operational Support initial task orders include a Transition Services period (August 2026), a Base Year (September 2026 - July 2027), and four Option Years extending to July 31, 2031.
  • Minimum Amount per Contract: $10,000.00
  • Maximum Aggregate Amount: $150,000,000.00 for all IDIQ contracts.
  • Order Types: Individual orders will be placed on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Labor Hour, or Time and Materials (T&M) basis. Initial task orders are FFP.

Submission & Evaluation

Proposals will be evaluated in two phases under a "Best Value Trade-Off" approach:

  • Phase One: Corporate Experience (evaluated strictly on Section M.1.5.1).
  • Phase Two: Technical Approach, Past Performance, and Price.
  • Volume V (Technical Approach for Initial Orders): Has an updated page limit of 35 pages and must include separate responses for both the Data Network Support and Operational Support task orders. Resumes for key personnel are not required for Phase II submissions.
  • Generative AI: Use of generative AI is prohibited without specific written authorization.

Key Amendments & Clarifications
