This solicitation is for the outfitting of one (1) 2025 Ford F-150 Law Enforcement Vehicle for the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Medford Oregon District. The contract will involve the removal of existing law enforcement equipment from a 2018 Ford F-150 and the installation of both used and new contractor-provided equipment into a new 2025 Ford F-150.

• Removal of existing law enforcement equipment from a 2018 Ford F-150, ensuring it is not damaged.

• Installation of COR-approved used equipment and new contractor-provided equipment into a 2025 Ford F-150.

• New equipment to be purchased and supplied by the contractor includes a lightbar, lightbar controller, prisoner cage, and rifle/shotgun mounts/locks.

• A Government Law Enforcement Officer will conduct a walk-through to discuss equipment placement and setup before installation.

• Detailed list of specific equipment to be removed and installed is provided, including items such as radar, video cameras, police lights, siren, console, radio, computer mount, gun locks, spotlight, and antennas.

• Quotations are to be submitted electronically via email.

• Questions regarding the solicitation are due by 1:00 PM Pacific Time two business days prior to the quotation deadline.

• The quotation must be submitted in two parts: a non-price section and a price section.

• The non-price section will be evaluated based on Relevant Experience (minimum of three projects of similar scope completed as a Prime Contractor within the last five years).

• The price section requires a completed price schedule (Section B) and all acknowledged amendments.

• Award will be made on a best-value continuum basis, considering price and relevant experience.

• Offerors must also complete applicable Representations, Certifications, and Other Statements.

• This acquisition is UNRESTRICTED.
