Evaluation & Award
This is a sole-source action conducted under the authority of RFO 12.201-1 and 41 U.S.C. 1901. The requirement will be awarded to SteelCoast Company LLC of Brownsville, Texas. Market research indicated that no alternative sources possessed the legal authority to access the vessels and the technical capability to perform the required work. SteelCoast Company LLC currently holds contractual possession, legal custody, and operational control of the vessels under MARAD Sales Contracts MA 14542 and MA 14543.
