This is a pre-solicitation notice for contractor support services for the recovery, handling, processing, and shipment of Government-designated shipboard equipment from two non-retention vessels: Ex Whidbey Island (LSD 41) and Ex Fort McHenry (LSD 43). The procurement is being conducted by the Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center (IBC), on behalf of the Department of the Navy (NAVSEA 21).

• Harvesting and removal of specified equipment from aboard the vessels.

• Cleaning of recovered materials to remove marine contamination and debris.
