Travel to Boysen Power Plant (11401 Highway 20, Shoshoni, Wyoming 82649) for diagnosis.
Provide a detailed repair quote to restore full operational capability.
Execute repairs, either on-site or at the contractor's facility, with return to Boysen Power Plant.
Utilize quality materials at least equal to original parts.
Submit a Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Bill of Materials. Site access for service vehicles is confirmed, and the generator is in a heated garage with 120 VAC auxiliary power. Temporary relocation to a covered area is permissible. Maintenance logs will be available upon award.
