The contractor will also perform laser alignment of one motor and pump, supply and replace one 4" suction guide, and manage lock out/tag out procedures for steam and water valves. All old parts must be cleaned up and disposed of, and all new materials must be free from defects and asbestos. The work is to be completed within 90 days of the work start.
