This solicitation is for the replacement of a Chill Water Pump and Motor at the Home for Heroes Nursing Home (Building 213) at the Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, West Los Angeles Facility. The existing pump and motor are failing, causing inadequate chill water supply to approximately half of the building. The replacement is necessary to properly control the environment.

• Removal of the existing Armstrong pump (model 4030 BF) and Baldor motor (10HP, 208-230/460V, frame 215T).
