This solicitation is for the procurement of two (2) replacement domestic water booster pumps for Building 100 (Main Hospital) at the C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center in Bay Pines, FL. The objective is to restore system reliability and redundancy until a future project is completed. The current system has only one functional booster pump, and failure of this pump would result in a loss of adequate domestic water pressure to higher floors.

• Product: Two (2) complete domestic water booster pump assemblies, "Aurora (brand name or equal) pump assembly model 411 or equivalent."

• Salient Characteristics: Size: 3 x 4 x 14; Configuration: Horizontal split case, BF; Performance: 362 GPM at 155 feet TDH; Speed: 1750 RPM; Coupling: Standard; Base: Steel base with drip rim; Motor: 40 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC, 460/60/3.

• Deliverables: Two (2) complete pump assemblies, manufacturer product data/cut sheets, performance curves, motor data, installation and maintenance manuals, warranty documentation, and packing list.

• Delivery: Within 90 days of purchase order processing and order placement. Deliveries scheduled Monday-Friday, 0800-1630, to Bldg. 110 Warehouse, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, FL 33744.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price.

• Period of Performance: Base POP Begin: 06-22-2026; POP End: 08-31-2026.

• Quote Format:

  • Volume One: Pricing (including country of manufacturing origin).
  • Volume Two: Past Performance (up to 2 projects, at least two from similar VA facilities, with contact info).
  • Volume Three: Technical (documentation meeting Statement of Need requirements, product literature, specifications, installation/training details).
  • Volume Four: Administrative (completed SF 1449 with original signature, acknowledgment of amendments, authorized letter from manufacturer if distributor).

• Evaluation Factors: Price, Technical, Past Performance, Administrative. Technical and Past Performance combined are equal to Price.

• Offer Due Date: June 12, 2026, 2:00 PM EDT.
