Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to correct identified deficiencies in the MED-GAS systems on the 3rd Floor, Building #1. Key tasks include:
- Area Alarm: Furnish and install a new area alarm panel for Recovery Room #3204.
- Zone Valve Boxes: Relocate or modify zone valve boxes in Rooms #3315 and #3304 to ensure compliance with NFPA 99.
- Nitrogen Zone Valves: Verify and install new Nitrogen (N₂) zone valves for Operating Rooms #3232 and #3235.
