• Utilities: Building utilities (water and electricity) will be operational throughout the period of performance. Outage notifications will be sent to the contractor.
• Bid Bond: A bid bond is required, even though this is a negotiated contract.
• Painting: Contractors can paint around wall-mounted devices (fire alarm, security) without removing them. Painting will be performed between 1800-0600. Paint height is up to the drop ceiling grid track (assume 10'-0").
• Period of Performance: The confirmed period of performance is 98 calendar days, with Demo/Construction specifically allocated 44 calendar days. This includes coordination and installation of the Script Pro Machine and casework, requiring approximately 7 working days for the Script Pro Vendor.
• Furniture Demolition: Only furniture marked with an 'X' in Figure 2 is to be demolished. Loose furniture will be removed by the VA.
• Outlet Relocation: For outlets in the "Fast Pack Processing Area," they should be located at 42" AFF O.C. and preferably flush mount. Surface mounting is acceptable in areas adjacent to this processing area.
• ICRA Level: ICRA Level IV controls are required.
