- Preventive Maintenance: Annual inspection, cleaning, adjustment, lubrication, and replacement of worn parts.

- Emergency Call-Back: Response within five (5) hours for emergency repairs.

- Materials: Contractor to supply all necessary parts, lubricants, and cleaning supplies of original manufacturer's design or equal.
