This solicitation is for the "DOUBLE SLIDER Automatic Door Inspection and PM" requirement for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The government is procuring maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and emergency call-back services for automated doors at two VA facilities.

This notice is issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8), for informational and planning purposes to conduct market research regarding automatic door inspection and preventive maintenance services for the C.W. Bill Young Veterans Medical Center and Lee County Health Care Center. It is not a solicitation or a request for bids, quotes, or offers.

• Full-service contract for maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and emergency call-back service for automatic doors.

• Parts & Materials: Contractor to furnish all necessary parts, lubricants, and cleaning supplies of original manufacturer's design or equal.

• Reporting: Written report of PM services within fourteen (14) working days; email repair details to the Electric Shop Supervisor upon completion of repair tickets.
