  • Hiperwall: Regular onsite maintenance (including software updates), system optimization, software license renewal, and onsite support for presentations and training.
  • Audio Visual Support: 24-hour virtual and onsite support, quarterly hardware maintenance, firmware updates, teleconferencing maintenance, support for presentations and large events, and maintenance for DVLED, audio systems, microphones, lighting control, occupancy sensors, matrix switch/NVX streaming, and One Beyond systems.
  • CyberIQ Installation and Support: Platform installation, deployment, configuration, device discovery, VMS camera detection, electrical signature detection, port level awareness, anomaly detection, automated trust scoring, and 24/7/365 virtual and onsite support.
