- Preventive Maintenance visits, kits, travel, and labor.
- Unlimited service visits Monday-Friday, 4:00 am - 6:00 pm local time (excluding VA national holidays).
- 24x7 phone support for troubleshooting.
- All necessary warranted repair parts (non-refurbished), travel, and labor.
- Emergency repair response within 24 hours, Monday-Friday, 4:00 am - 6:00 pm local time.
- A 98% Uptime Guarantee for the Artisan Link Pro Stain System.
- System repair to be conducted at the customer site.
