This solicitation is for the inspection, testing, and repair of Medical Gas Systems at the Edward Hines Jr. VA Medical Center in Hines, IL. The contract will be a 5-year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.

• Comprehensive inspection, testing, documentation, and repair services for medical gas systems in Buildings 221, 200, and 128.

• Services must comply with VHA Directive 7515, NFPA 99, CGA, TJC, and OSHA standards.

• Specific tasks include source equipment inspection, master and local alarm signal activation tests, medical gas outlet/inlet testing, flexible connection leak tests, zone valve tests, and area warning alarm verification.

• Replacement of 40 flexible connectors at tank farms during Ordering Period 1.

• All work must be performed during normal hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM CST), with extensions requiring COR approval.
