This solicitation is for Reusable Medical Device (RMD) and general surgical instrument Preventative Maintenance (PM) and routine maintenance services for the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System (VANIHCS) in Fort Wayne, IN. The services are required to ensure medical devices and instrumentation are maintained in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).

• Preventative maintenance (PM) and routine maintenance for RMD and general surgical instruments.

• Services include inspection, sharpening, adjustment, alignment, straightening, refurbishment, calibration, cleaning, oiling, and parts replacement.

• Instruments must be maintained to manufacturer's original design and functional capacity.

• Removal of stains, sharp edges, and/or scratches.

• Contractor shall provide Sterile Processing Services (SPS) leadership with an overall assessment and recommendations.
