Submission & Evaluation

Technical capability and Past Performance are considered equal and significantly more important than price. The quote package must include a signed SF1449, Commercial Administration Data Sheet (Section B.1), technical capabilities demonstrating service approach and prior experience, a completed Attachment 1 (Past Performance References), and an OEM authorization letter. Bidders should also ensure Attachment 2 (Past Performance Questionnaire) is sent to their references.
