This questionnaire is a critical tool for the government to evaluate a bidder's past performance. Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation seeks a service agreement for a full annual preventive maintenance and service program for an Eppendorf epMotion 5075 automated liquid handling robot. The service is required for the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) in Little Rock, AR, specifically for the Pharmacogenomics Analysis Laboratory (PAL).
