Scope of Work
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required for comprehensive janitorial work at the U.S. Embassy Nassau. Services include both Standard Routine Services (daily cleaning) and Temporary Additional Services for special events, with detailed daily, periodic, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual cleaning requirements specified. Designated spaces include halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, elevators, and stairways.

Submission & Evaluation
- Pre-Proposal Conference: A conference will be held on May 27, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the U.S. Embassy Nassau. Interested parties must email Deana Nelson (NelsonDA@state.gov) by May 25, 2026, at 15:00 to attend.
- Proposal Due Date: June 10, 2026, at 17:00. No late bids will be accepted.
- Submission Method: Electronically to NassauContractingOfficers@state.gov. Files must be in MS-Word, MS-Excel, or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format, not exceeding 30MB each. Multiple emails are permitted for larger submissions.
- Evaluation Criteria: Award will be based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable, responsible offeror. Evaluation includes Compliance Review, Technical Acceptability (past performance and experience), Price Evaluation, and Responsibility Determination.
Eligibility & Notes
