Scope of Work

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required for comprehensive janitorial work at the U.S. Embassy Nassau. Services include both Standard Routine Services (daily cleaning) and Temporary Additional Services for special events, with detailed daily, periodic, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual cleaning requirements specified. Designated spaces include halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, elevators, and stairways.

  • Submission Method: Electronically to NassauContractingOfficers@state.gov. Files must be in MS-Word, MS-Excel, or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format, not exceeding 30MB each. Multiple emails are permitted for larger submissions.
