Scope of Work

- Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable, responsible offeror. Evaluation factors include Compliance Review, Technical Acceptability (past performance and experience), Price Evaluation, and Responsibility Determination.
Eligibility & Requirements
Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to proposal submission. Required documents include SF-1449, Section 1 - Pricing, Section 5 - Representations and Certifications, IRS Form W-14, Proof of SAM Registration, Bahamian Business License, and Bahamian Tax Identification Number.
