Submission & Evaluation
Award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror. Proposals will be evaluated based on Past Experience, Past Performance, Key Personnel, and Quality Control Plan. Offerors must submit electronic offers, ensuring all required information in Sections I and K is completed, and follow instructions in Section L. Required documents include the Solicitation, Statement of Work, Revised Frequency Charts (for both locations), Wage Determinations (for AL and MS), Past Performance Customer Satisfaction Survey (submitted by references), Contractor Staffing Access Questionnaire, and the Pricing Spreadsheet. All contractors must be registered in SAM.
