Scope of Work

Services include daily cleaning of fixtures, floors (vacuuming, steam cleaning carpets, buffing, stripping/waxing resilient floors), walls, waste containers, appliances, and furniture. Seasonal cleaning frequencies are specified, with peak months (May-September) and off-peak months (October-April) for the Avery Office, and primarily May-September for the Engine Bay. Submission & Evaluation
Quotations must be organized specifically, including SF-1449, Amendments, Schedule of Items, Past Performance, Key Personnel, and Representations/Certifications. Vendors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors are strongly encouraged to visit the project site. Pricing must be submitted for all items on the Schedule of Items to be considered responsive. Evaluation will be based on criteria resulting in the most advantageous offer to the Government, with FAR 12.203 applicable. Offerors must hold prices firm for 90 calendar days.
Additional Notes
Government Furnished Property (GFP) includes electrical power, hot and cold water, a garbage dumpster, and building access keys. The contractor is responsible for providing all other supplies and equipment unless otherwise specified. Refer to Attachment 5 for the Wage Determination.
