Scope of Work

Services include daily cleaning of fixtures, floors (vacuuming, steam cleaning, buffing, stripping/waxing), walls, waste containers, appliances, and furniture. Seasonal cleaning frequencies are specified, with peak service for the Avery Office from May-September and the Engine Bay primarily from May-September. Submission & Evaluation

Offerors must hold prices firm for 90 calendar days.
Amendment 01 Impact
Amendment 01, issued April 22, 2026, removes the requirement for the vendor to price supplies on the Schedule of Items. This change affects the Schedule of Items (Pages 3-5) and PWS Sections 11 and 12 (Pages 31-35). All other terms and conditions of the RFQ remain unchanged.

The place of performance is 34 Hoyt Drive, Avery, ID 83802, approximately 40 miles outside St. Maries, ID. Government Furnished Property (GFP) includes electrical power, hot/cold water, a garbage dumpster, and building access keys. The contractor is responsible for providing all equipment.
