  • Monthly (1st Tuesday): Strip, clean, wax, and buff all vinyl composition tile floors; shampoo all carpets.
  • Quarterly (1st Tuesday): Clean all exterior and interior glass, clean refrigerators and oven, dust ventilating grills, and remove spider webs.
