Services cover approximately 8,000 square feet across the Administration Building, Personnel Building, and Shop Offices.
Key tasks and frequencies include:
- Weekly (Tuesdays): Empty wastebaskets, damp mop/sweep hard floors, vacuum carpets, dust/damp wipe surfaces, clean restrooms (refill supplies, sanitize receptacles, scrub sinks/toilets), and general spot cleaning.
- Monthly (1st Tuesday): Strip, clean, wax, and buff all vinyl composition tile floors; shampoo all carpets.
- Quarterly (1st Tuesday): Clean all exterior and interior glass, clean refrigerators and oven, dust ventilating grills, and remove spider webs.
