Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and management for comprehensive janitorial services across approximately 8,000 square feet at the IBWC Mercedes Field Office, encompassing the Administration Building (4,000 sq ft), Personnel Building (3,000 sq ft), and Shop Offices (1,000 sq ft). Services include weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (SOW). The contractor is responsible for providing all cleaning supplies, including toilet tissue (2-ply), paper towels, soap, and wall-mount deodorizers. IBWC will provide dumpsters for waste disposal, with trash transfer required weekly.
Contract Structure
The contract will consist of a Base Year plus four (4) one-year option periods.

Evaluation Criteria

Failure to submit required technical approach and past performance will deem a proposal non-responsive.

Submission Instructions

A site visit is highly encouraged, and access to the Personnel and Administration buildings requires a security card, with COR escort during visits. Quarterly services like floor waxing and carpet shampooing are recommended for Fridays but can be scheduled with the COR. The contractor is responsible for providing their own equipment for high cleaning tasks.
