The contractor will be responsible for maintaining facilities free from filth and pathogens, enhancing overall appearance, cleanliness, and sanitation.
Key Services & Areas
Services include, but are not limited to:
- Cleaning and maintenance of all floor types (carpeted and non-carpeted).
- Cleaning of walls, fixtures, flat surfaces, chairs, and blinds.
- Provision of garbage receptacles, courtesy services, trash removal, and recycling collection.
- Glass surface cleaning and exterior trash pickup.
- Servicing of environmental rooms and window cleaning.
- Performing services in a quiet, disciplined, and orderly manner to avoid disturbing employees or normal operations.
Services will apply to all designated spaces, including hallways, restrooms, offices, laboratories, work areas, entryways, lobbies, storage areas, warehouses, stairways, elevators, patios, docks, loading areas, cafeterias, break areas, fitness centers, locker rooms, mechanical rooms, and interstitial spaces. The approximate total service area is 361,258 sq ft, with an additional 315,945 sq ft of interstitial space.
Contractor Requirements
