Scope of Work
Contractors will provide comprehensive maintenance services for the Elmendorf Aero Club's aircraft fleet, which includes various Cessna models (172P, 172R, 172SP, 172RG, 182R, 185F) and the Piper PA34-200T. Services encompass:
- Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including 50-hour, 100-hour, and annual inspections.
- Aircraft alterations, repairs, and general inspections.
- Inspection, evaluation, and repair of airframe, engine, and avionics components.
- Maintaining aircraft records in accordance with FAA regulations.
- Advising Aero Club employees on maintenance needs and providing daily status reports.

Submission & Evaluation
Proposals must be submitted in two separate parts:
- Part 1 - Technical Acceptability: A narrative (maximum 2 pages) describing services as required by the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Certification documents do not count against the page limit. Offerors may bid on specific aircraft or inspections.
- Part 2 - Price: A completed Attachment 2 - Pricing Schedule, providing Firm Fixed Prices for the first 12 months. Prices will be evaluated against average local and industry costs.
Award will be made to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror. Technical acceptability is defined as meeting all criteria in the PWS specifications, OEM Manuals, and FAA requirements.
