Fencing must be secured to prevent movement and withstand high winds, with designated vehicle access points.

  • Installation: Begins April 29, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. and continues through May 3, 2026.
  • Removal: Begins immediately after airfield closure on May 3, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., with all fencing removed by May 4, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
