Quick Summary

The Department of the Air Force is conducting market research through a Request for Information (RFI) for the KC-46 Training Systems Operations & Sustainment program. This RFI seeks industry feedback on consolidating the operations and sustainment of the KC-46 Training System (TS) enterprise into a single contract. Responses will inform the government's acquisition strategy. Responses are due March 9, 2026.

Purpose & Background

This RFI, issued by the Air Force Lifecycle Management Center (AFLCMC WNSK SIMS), aims to gather market information and assess industry capabilities for the consolidated Operations and Sustainment (O&S) of the KC-46 Training System (TS). • Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for Aircrew Training System (ATS) and Maintenance Training System (MTS) devices at all Main Operating Bases.
  • Training System Support Center (TSSC) operations.
  • Courseware & Instruction management, sustainment, and updates, including academic and simulator instruction.
  • Enterprise Configuration Management (CM).
  • Cybersecurity compliance for training devices.
  • Program Management.

Requested Information from Industry
