- Installation of a Managed Network Edge (MNE) service utilizing enterprise-grade hardware and a cloud-based management portal.
- Deployment of access points, cabling, power, and associated network hardware in compliance with DoD WLAN guidance.
- Configuration and management of Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) with Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS) and content filtering.
- Implementation of WPA2/3-Enterprise wireless security and network segmentation via VLANs.
- Provision of 24x7x365 monitoring and alerting through a Network Operations Center (NOC).
- Design and implementation of an RF network to achieve a minimum Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) of -65 dBm for interior coverage and sufficient exterior coverage for handheld scanners.
- Provision of WAN and Edge Connectivity, including enterprise firewall and MNE service activation with NOC integration.
Offerors should assume a greenfield deployment, as no existing cabling, fiber, or network equipment is to be reused. While Cisco Meraki is referenced, equivalent OEM solutions are acceptable.
Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance includes a base period from June 30, 2026, to June 29, 2027, with four potential option years extending to June 29, 2031. All installation activities are required to be completed within 120 calendar days of contract award.
