- Weekly: Cleaning restrooms, sweeping/mopping floors, emptying wastebaskets, dusting, cleaning water fountains, vacuuming carpets, and kitchen area cleaning.
- Monthly: Washing interior/exterior windows and doors, spot cleaning carpets, cleaning basement floors/stairs, and washing microwave interiors. Performance will be measured by successful task completion and ensuring facility security.
Contract Details
- Type: Firm-Fixed-Price contract.

Performance & Special Requirements
