Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to:
- Remove the existing engine and install a new V2403DI-T turbocharged diesel engine in a 2013 Kubota SVL 90-2 Skidsteer.
- Replace all fluids and filters.
- Perform a full functionality test, including all hydraulic components, to ensure proper operation.
- Provide a 1-year warranty on all completed work. The work is to be completed within 30 days at an authorized Kubota servicer located within a 50-mile radius of the 177th Fighter Wing in New Jersey. The 177th Fighter Wing will transport the skidsteer to and from the service location.

Submission Requirements & Evaluation
Offerors must submit quotes for the product and services in accordance with Section 5 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS), including product information (brochures, cut sheets, technical data) for all engine components. Links to websites are not acceptable. Failure to provide adequate specifications or required representations and certifications (if not current in SAM) will render a quote non-responsive. Award will be made to the vendor with the lowest price that meets or exceeds the minimum specifications.
