Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To replace the engine in a 2013 Kubota SVL 90-2 Skidsteer and return the machine to full functionality.

• Remove, provide, and install a V2403DI-T turbocharged diesel engine.

• Replace all fluids and filters.

• Perform a full functionality test, including all hydraulic components, to ensure proper operation and standard movements.

• Provide a 1-year warranty on all work completed.

• Period of Performance: 30 Days.

• Place of Performance: An authorized Kubota servicer located within a 50-mile radius of the 177th Fighter Wing.

• Work hours: Monday through Friday, 0700-1700, excluding recognized US holidays.

• Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision.

• Contractor employees must comply with all installation access, security, traffic, and safety regulations.

• Contractor employees requiring access to US Government installations must complete Antiterrorism Awareness Level I training within 15 calendar days of contract start.

• Contractor must obtain base identification and vehicle passes for personnel requiring access.

• Contractor must designate a Contract Manager (CM) with full authority to act on contract matters.

• Contractor employees must identify themselves as contractors and ensure all documents are marked accordingly.

• Contractor must adhere to a zero-tolerance policy regarding trafficking in persons.

• Government will provide Government Furnished Property, Material, Equipment, and Services (GFP/M/E/S) as listed in Section 3.0 (None specified in this document).

• Contractor will furnish all other required property, materials, and equipment (CFP/M/E) as indicated in Section 4.1.

• The 177th Fighter Wing will transport the skidsteer to and from the contractor's service location.
